2. Vending Machine Purchasing Mechanism (B2C)

For consumers utilizing our physical Chill 24 AI Vending Machines, please note the following operational terms:

Pre-Authorization: Tapping a credit card or mobile payment device on the terminal initiates a temporary "pre-authorization" hold on your account. This is not an immediate charge.
AI Calculation: Once the door is opened, you may take or return items. Our AI cameras and cloud computation will instantly analyze the video of your purchase process.
Final Settlement: The system automatically settles the final payment and charges your account only after the machine door is fully closed. If you return an item to the shelf before closing the door, you will not be charged for that item.

3. B2B Partnerships and Merchant Dashboard

Separate Agreements: Specific B2B collaborations—including but not limited to machine outright purchases, monthly rentals, product listings (shelves renting), and direct operations—are subject to separate, explicitly signed commercial agreements.
SaaS Dashboard: Access to the Chill 24 Merchant Dashboard is restricted to authorized partners with an active subscription or service agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, design, graphics, text, logos, and underlying source code on this Website, as well as the AI recognition technology and Merchant Dashboard interface, are the exclusive intellectual property of Chill 24 AI Limited and are protected by Hong Kong and international copyright laws.
